Teddy McGlynn-Wright
Teddy McGlynn-Wright (he/them) is a Belonging-Based Facilitator, Healing Justice Coach, and aspiring tea farmer. A seeker of justice and trickster who helps us find our way. Based in New Orleans, LA; Bvlbancha ancestral lands of the Choctaw and Chitimacha. Former director of the Coalition for Compassionate Schools - he brings a trauma-informed lens and understanding. When working with clients, (individuals and organizations), Teddy uses an embodied approach to healing and transforming the systems that break people, families and communities.

Leslie Briner
Leslie Briner is both a social worker and educator. She has 25 years of experience serving people impacted by trauma and dehumanization. Since 2005, she has worked with young people experiencing sexual exploitation and trafficking, designing and implementing comprehensive services, training programs, and coordinated responses. Along the way, the trauma she witnessed profoundly informed development of the Integrative Trauma and Healing Framework.
Social Strategies was founded in 2017 to bring Leslie’s expertise to a wider audience. Centered on the idea that Relationship is the Intervention, Leslie has trained thousands of people and provided extensive technical assistance on trafficking related policy and practice across Washington State and the U.S. Today, she teaches, consults, and serves as Associate Faculty at the University of Washington School of Social Work, where she earned her MSW in 2010.
